Several models for new ways of living:

CO HOUSING: a way of living in a neighborhood that defies the conventional thinking of Me and I. It allows for new discussions of Us and We to begin. How can we live together?

CO HOUSING: There are many opportunities for shared space, parking, yards, tools, gardens, and saving our precious resources. There are benefits to a shared system for reusing rain water, filtration of grey water for reuse in laundry and the toilets, and growing of shared vegetables. This will result in great cooperation to bring back a sense of neighborhood.

This is an artist village that could have more lenient zoning and building codes. It could be grown along a two walls that contain utilities, and allow for creativity to abound. How could you use this land to satisfy your interests and excitement for design?
